Live machine status
Running or stopped, for every machine, updated every few seconds — across lines and factories.
Live machine monitoring
FloorBeat clips onto any machine and shows you, live, which ones are running, which are idle, and for how long. Shift reports land in your inbox automatically. No PLC, no rewiring, no paper logs.
The problem
Most factories still rely on supervisors' notes and end-of-day counts. Short stops, slow restarts and silent breakdowns never make it onto paper — so the real cost of downtime stays invisible.
How it works
A current sensor clamps around the machine's power cable inside the panel. Nothing is cut, nothing is reprogrammed. One FloorBeat node on a DIN rail covers several machines.
The node detects when each machine starts and stops, and sends it to the FloorBeat cloud over Wi-Fi or 4G — every few seconds.
Owners, managers and supervisors see live status, availability and downtime on any phone or laptop — and get alerts and shift reports without asking anyone.

Hardware
The FloorBeat node is built for the factory floor — not a hobby board in a plastic box.
We'll install a pilot on a few machines and show you real availability numbers within a week.
